Shipping & Terms of Service

All shipping is done through the US Postal Service. Insurance for total purchase* is included with Priority Mail, but not with other shipping options.

We endeavor to pack every shipment to the best of our ability, but we are not liable to any damage in the shipping process.

If items received are damaged and were shipped using Priority Mail, please contact us via our Contact Page as soon as possible. Damaged items will be refunded in the form of a gift card worth the item and any taxes paid.

Refunds are not available for products shipped using USPS Retail Ground. Per the USPS, Retail Ground packages are a one-way service with no automatic returns if items are not delivered.

All sales are final, but we maintain the right to cancel any order.
